Kitap hakkında
It is of great importance in the history of a young university celebrating its tenth year to welcome such a conference in a subject of mathematics having a long and distinguished tradition. It is also worth mentioning that this conference was the first organization in the subject in Turkey after the Silivri meeting of the İstanbul Uiversity in 1976. The book consists of 26 proceedings. The symposium offered a comprehensive exposition of the recent developments in univalent function theory, differential subordinations, quasiconformal mappings, fractional calculus, operator theory in banach spaces, and discrete mathematics and its applications. (1976’da İstanbul Üniversitesi’nin Silivri’de düzenlediği konferanstan beri Türkiye’de ilk kez geometrik fonksiyonlar konulu bir sempozyum İstanbul Kültür Üniversitesi’nde yapıldı.
